Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
2.1 Accepted Payment Methods
Transactions at bd896 can only be made through the following mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Funds sent through any other method will not be accepted and may not be refunded.

2.3 Withdrawal Timeframe
Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, identity verification or other security checks may sometimes cause it to take longer.
To be eligible for withdrawals, your account verification must be complete and any active bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled first.
2.4 Transaction Authenticity
All deposit and withdrawal requests must be made by the account holder personally. bd896 reserves the right to cancel any transaction made using a mobile number registered in a third party's name and to suspend the associated account.
Bonuses & Promotional Offers
3.1 Welcome Bonus
bd896 offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to qualify for this bonus.
3.2 Wagering Requirements
After receiving the welcome bonus, you must complete wagering of 20 times the bonus amount.
Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only (not on the combined total of deposit and bonus).
- The bonus cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
- If the wagering requirements are not completed within the specified time, the bonus may be cancelled.
- Wagering may not be counted at the same rate across all games — details will be provided on the bonus page.
3.3 Bonus Abuse is Prohibited
Any attempt to claim bonuses using multiple accounts, false information, or technical loopholes will result in the immediate closure of the relevant account(s) and the cancellation of all bonuses and associated winnings.

4.2 Tier Progression

VIP cashback is paid out at a set time each week. Where no additional wagering requirements apply to the cashback, it can be withdrawn directly.
